Krestovaya street in Rybinsk town
A walk down the main street of Rybinsk – a mandatory procedure for those, who want to immerse themselves in the daily life of the town, to understand it better. The entire route is a mile from the department store “Yubileyny” to the Transfiguration Cathedral, which we have already mentioned.

Local residents say that Syrians arrived in the town, relatives of a senior Syrian officer, who was married to a woman from Rybinsk. Fearing for the lives of his wife, children and relatives, the officer on the eve of the dramatic events in Syria sent them to Rybinsk.
